✨ The Wax Studio — Booking & Cancellation Policy

At The Wax Studio, we’re committed to providing every client with an exceptional experience. To help us serve you and others efficiently, please review the following policies before booking your appointment.

📅 Booking Policy

• Appointments: All services are by appointment only. Bookings can be made via our booking app, website, or in person during your previous appointment.
• Deposit: A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and your deposit will be forfeited.

❌ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Notice Requirement: We require at least 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling.
• Timely Cancellations: If you cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will automaticaly be refunded.
  🔁 Please use the reschedule button rather than canceling and rebooking to swap your deposit to a new appointment.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

🚫 No-Show Policy

• First No-Show: Clients who miss an appointment without notice will be required to prepay in full for any future bookings.
• Second No-Show (within 12 months): Your prepaid amount will be forfeited, any future bookings will be cancelled, and your account will be suspended from making new appointments.

📞 How to Cancel or Reschedule

• You can cancel or reschedule online or through our booking app.
• If you need to cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, please text 07591 688722 as soon as possible.
